Name any extra column Option (or Option 1, Option 2…) to turn cards into multiple choice. Those columns hold the wrong answers; the correct answer is always column 2. Columns not named Option become tags as normal. Each row can have a different number of options — leave option cells blank for plain flashcard rows.
